Whitever Elementary school is excited to host this VEX IQ Rapid Relay elementary tournament to be held in Whiteriver, AZ in the beautiful White Mountains region. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event may be cancelled in the case of a severe snow storm for the safety of teams travelling to the event. 

If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the event partner will email/call teams through contact information provided at time of registration. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the Event Partner cancels, there will be a full refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you are unable to attend, let us know 1 week prior to the event. We will issue a refund minus the $5 fee we pay the REC.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
