General Info

Liberty-Perry Schools invites you to compete in the Brave Bots Challenge which is a VEX IQ Full Volume event. This is an elementary only event.  Spectactors are welcome and there is no limit on the number of spectators.  There will be concessions offered as well as a breakfast and lunch option to order for teams (all proceeds go back to our robotics program).   More details will come closer to the event.

Volunteer

An event can never have too many volunteers! We are looking to fill various roles and will find something for everyone!  Training availble for the role if needed.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jenna Eastham at [email protected].

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather, a credit for entries into a future event will be offered to all paid teams.  We cannot do any refund or credit for the $5 paid to Vex. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is February 14, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
