Digital Notebook links Due November 18th in robot events.
This event will be held out doors on the lawn of Moody Mansion.
We will have an eventfull day with other exciting activities happening at the Children's Museum located in the Basement of the Museum. We invite you to explore the grounds, and stop in the ticketing office for information.
Teams are welcome to bring their own practice fields, and there will be plenty of space.
We would love to have you as a volunteer to help kick of this innitiative to ensure all Island kids are provided the privlige of being exposed to the wonderful world of robotics exploration. No experience is necessary, just comfy shoes, and a smile. (think herding really excited squirls)
This will be a wonderful tournament hosted at Moody Mansion with Custom trophies. Robotics tournaments are often in a stuff cafeteria, and we will be hosting in the court yard of the Historical Moody Mansion. Fields will be centered in front of the famous clasic car collection covered by a pergula. We are working on some delicious local food trucks will be on hand to provide lunch to students at an affordible price and variety of flavors. Our referee is top notch with years of experience, guiding students on how to compete and follow the rules in a constructive and positive way. Fields will be on ground level and not elevated, so they are more aligned with how most students practice. We would like to welcome a variety of volunteers to sign up, so that our competition is a true collaboration of all teams working together to put kids first!
The most important thing, is that teams keep a positive attitude, and remember to have fun above all else.

Event will be moved inside if weather is poor. Practice fields may be limited if moved indoors.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
refunds will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
no refund will be issued
Judging Format
Digital Notebook links Due November 18th
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
