This event will be held during any weather unless told otherwise by the Elmore County BOE

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment. In the event the EP Needs to cancel this event after payment has been made, that money can be applied to a future Elmore County EYE event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Any team unpaid by payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification and their spot will be offered to a team on the waitlist. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
