Hello and welcome to St. George Ontario School's First Annual VEX IQRC Tournament! We are excited to see teams from all over Southern California.

6:30am: Doors Open for Volunteers
7:00am: Doors Open for Teams / Check-In Begins / Robot Inspection Begins
7:45am: Inspection Ends
7:45am - 8:15am: Opening Ceremonies and Drivers Meeting
8:15am: Qualification Matches and Skills Challenges Start
11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Lunch Break
12:00pm - 1pm: Qualification Matches Resume
1pm - 2pm: Finals Matches and Awards
2pm - 3pm: Clean Up
Volunteer
We are always in need of volunteers for various roles listed below. If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to the Event Partner!
Queing - ensure teams are at the queing tables before their matches start
Skills Referee - help teams get onto/ leave the skills field. Score skills matches at the end.
Score Keeper Referee - help score the main field matches.
Field Rest - help reset the game elements at the end of each match
Clean Up - take down all game and field elements from the tournament
Judge - Interview the teams and determine the winners for the judged awards at the event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date on RobotEvents.com and includes both school and non-school email addresses and phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within one month following the event.
Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to tournament or teams may be dropped by the event partner.
Webcast
There will be no webcast for this event.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
