General Info
Welcome! St. Cloud Technical and Community College's E Squared Club will be hosting this Blended ES/MS IQ League Night.
Judges Interviews & Engineering Notebooks
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Engineering notebooks will be due Febuaray 2nd by 11:59 pm.
Team & Coach Information
Each team is required to have an adult coach present. This person will be responsible for the supervision of team members and will be the team's primary contact for the day.
Registration Fee: All teams must have the registration fee paid prior to attending the tournament.
Participation and Consent Form: All team members, coaches and adult mentors should fill out the online consent form which is good all season and for all RECF run events. A link to the instructions for online consent form can be found here.
For all elimination matches, including finals, we will be following a Best of 1.
Tournament Preparation
Competition Preparation: Teams should come prepared to compete. Review the Rapid Relay Game Manual, run through the Robot Inspection Checklist, and ensure your team is running the latest programming and firmware version and your Robot Brain has your team number.
Pack for the tournament the day before departure. Here are a few items that you don't want to forget:
- Safety glasses
- Spare parts and tools
- Extra batteries and chargers
- Power strip and extension cord
- Programming computer and cable

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified if a night is canceled. If bad weather were to occure please use your own discression on attending the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If a night is cancled we will work with teams for a make up night or further solution.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
A refund will be given minus the 5 dollar fee if the spot can be filled by a different team in time for the competion.
