General Info

The Hawks Robotics team at Bobby Joe Hill Pk-8 is excited to host their first annual VIQRC tournament at The Nest! 

  • Concessions will be available
  • Working lunch (if we are ahead of schedule we will announce a formal lunch time at the event)
  • Power strips will be available
  • Pit area will be held at the cafeteria
  • 2 practice fields will be available
  • Skills field will be held in the cafeteria
  • Competition fields will be in the elementary gym

This competition will only feature a tournament and skills portion.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will me bade to reschedule.  All EPISD weather emergency protocols will be followed.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registered teams will receive their funds minus the $5 processing fee/registration from RobotEvents.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issued up to 14 days before the event.  They will not be issued after that time, except in the case of an extenuating circumstance.
