General Info

Hello everyone and welcome to our first Annual VEX IQ tournament!  We are excited to host our first VEX tournament and are looking forward to seeing eveyrone here for a great day of robotics competition.  The tournament will be hosted at Young Women's STEAM Academy located next to the mountains.  This will be a blended event in which both elementary and middle schools teams will be able to participate.  Consesions will be available and we will have a working lunch.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All weather protocols from EPISD will be followed.  All teams will be notified if cancellations must be made.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund will be issued minus $5.00

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  If the coach/mentor withdraws two week before the event, a refund will be issued.  No refunds will be issued after registration closed for the event.
