- Food: Hungry? We've got you covered with breakfast and lunch available for purchase. Please have cash ready to make your transactions easy and smooth.
- Practice Fields: Fine-tune your robots and strategies on our dedicated practice fields. It's your space to perfect your performance and get ready to shine!
- Competition Time: The excitement ramps up with our driver-based competition happening on two fields. Your team will have its own Pit Area to call home throughout the event.
Be Prepared: To keep things running smoothly, remember to bring extra robot pieces—especially batteries—so you're ready for anything.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We'll notify team coaches by email and phone with any updates on emergencies or bad weather that could affect the competition.
Refund and Payment Policies
- If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will refund all teams after we receive payment from robot events minus the $5.00 processing fee.
- If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds given up to two weeks before event. If you require a refund, please contact the Event Partner by December 30, 2025.
