General Info

MCCTC is happy to host the the second annual Mahoning Valley VEX IQ Tournament for this years game, Rapid Relay.

This will be a blended event for middle and elementary schools this season.  We hope to separate the events in the proceeding years.  We will have 2 competition fields, one practice field, and one dedicated skills field.  

Food will be provided for all participants and coaches.

A concession will be available for all to enjoy.

This event will once again be held in conjunction with the Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Kids Career Fair.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, an email will be sent out to all coaches with updates on the tournament.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A refund, minus the RECF $5 fee will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be given.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
