Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will follow all Hartselle City School guidelines and evaluate the ability to conduct a safe competition. This is the end of the season, so we want to give participants one last chance to qualify, but safety is one of our top priorities.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No Refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund
Becuase this is the end of the season, we will do everything possible to try to host the event on another date if we cancel for weather; however, we will not be able to offer refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
