General Info
This is an Official Rapid Relay Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Tournament.
Our concession stand will have hot and cold meals and snacks for purchase. Pizzas will be available for pre-order two weeks in advance.
Teams who have not passed inspection by 9:00 am will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match schedule.
Teams will be removed from the tournament if payment is not received one week before the tournament.
If the event is full please add your team to the waiting list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please note that per a change in Robot Event’s policy we will not reschedule should there be a need to cancel the event due to inclement weather. We hope this is not a concern but will email the list of coaches on the morning of, should we see a need to do so. We look forward to showcasing everyone’s hard work with their robots!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be made minus the $5 RECF fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be issued.

Driving Directions
Edgewood Junior High School is located just west of downtown Ellettsville.
The address is 851 W. Edgewood Dr., Ellettsville, IN 47429.
Traveling from Bloomington/SR 37/I-69 you will continue approximately 4-5 miles west on SR 46 through Ellettsville. Once the highway splits into east and west-bound lanes, you will take the next left onto Sale Street. Continue through a stoplight and one stop sign. At the second stop sign, at Sycamore Dr/Louden Rd, turn right and continue north. Take the first turn on your right and park in the parking lot to the left. Enter door 5.
Traveling from Spencer/SR 67 once the highway splits into east and west-bound lanes, you’ll prepare to turn right at the stoplight on Sale St/Reeves Rd. Again. Continue through past the first stop sign. At the second stop sign, at Sycamore Dr/Louden Rd, turn right and continue north. Take the first turn on your right and park in the parking lot to the left. Enter door 5.

Judging Format
- All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
