General Info

Teams wishing to register for this tournament need to add yourself to the waitlist. As teams are verified they will be added to the tournament.

Tahlequah Middle School Robotics is excited to host this Invitational VEX IQ tournament for first-year teams to be held at Tahlequah Middle School in Tahlequah, OK. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will notify teams in the event of inclement weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event we will reschedule to another date. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend no refunds will be given. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
