General Info

Our events will be held at Fulbright Junior High School's main cafeteria.  We will plan on hosting 2 event fields, 1 practice field, 

All events will feature a skills challenge in the morning, with the tournament held starting in the late morning through early afternoon.  Our goal is to be done by 4:30 pm each event day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of emergency or weather-related concerns, the event will be rescheduled.

 

Weather will be evaluated 24-48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  The event partner will issue a refund due to inclement weather, minus the fee from RobotEvents.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation.  If you need to withdraw, you MAY be able to get your registration fee applied to another Bentonville event Event.  Contact the event partner at jschillinger@bet to discuss this possibility.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
