General Info

Venue

The event will take place in the Aux Gym. This building is located North of the central amphitheater.  I will email prior to the event with specific directions.

Parking

Please park on the West side of campus in the general student parking lot near the softball field. There is plenty of parking available in this lot and all the spots are covered.

Concessions/Lunch

Concessions will be available on site.

We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment is due by 2025-01-15.

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 30th, 2022

50% refund on paid registration fees from December 1st, 2018 - December 30th- 2022

No refunds after December 31st, 2022

 

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
