General Info
Thank you for you interest in joining us at Pittsboro Elementary for our last chance "Rapid Relay" tournament of the 2024/25 season! This is a state qualifying elementary event. This is an invitational event. It is open to teams that have not yet qualified for state. Please enter your teams in the Waiting List. You will be notified by February 18th if your team as been accepted to compete.
Participation and Consent Form A must be completed for all participants and turned in during check-in, or uploaded online. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in if forms were not completed online.
We run a fast paced exciting event! We do not take a lunch break but we do offer a cash only concession stand. Our goal is to wrap up the competition by 12:30 P.M. Doors will open at 7:30 A.M. with inspections beginning at 8:00 A.M. The team meeting will take place at 8:45 A.M. and matches will begin at 9:00 A.M. Skills Challenges are offered and skills fields will open after the team meeting. We will not be offering Judging at this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or bad weather, teams will be notified via the email address listed in Robot Events the evening prior to the event or by 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund of $60 will be sent to each registered/paid team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a refund will not be issued.
