Bot Camp and Team 188 are pleased to host the Bot Camp/Team 188 ES/MS Qualifier

 

Pre-ordered lunches will be available, and order forms will be sent out leading up to the competition date.

Judging will be done in person.

 

Payments for registration can be made:

1) online by credit card at https://botcamp.org/payments

2) by Interac e-Transfer sent to [email protected]

3) by mail via cheque to "Bot Camp" sent to the address below

4) in-person at Bot Camp's office via cash, debit, credit card or cheque

Please note your team number or order/invoice number with your payment

Important: Teams will be automatically placed on the waitlist, and registrations will be confirmed when payment is received.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, an email notification will be sent to registered teams if the event is canceled. Please ensure your team email contact information is up to date on Robot Events. Teams can contact us at (647) 800-1100 should they have any questions.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refund:

Full refunds minus 5% administration fee will be given to teams if they cancel two weeks, prior to the competition date (Nov 15th, 2023 by 12:00 P.M.).  After that no refund will be given.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
