This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If EP cancels the event, refunds will be issued. However, refunds do not include the $5 processing fee collected by Robot Events.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

As a general rule, refunds will NOT be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us, as a partial refund may be possible if another team can fill your spot.

All registrations must be paid in full two weeks after team is registered, or immediately, if after Jan. 20, 2025, unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams will be moved to the Waitlist two weeks after registration and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.
