General Info

Thank you for registering for the North Park Rapid Snowfall PM event.

We are excited to have your team(s) compete at our event. Your team(s) will need to have a digital notebook. Your team(s) will need to submit the digital notebook through the My Account area on https://www.robotevents.com/ no later than the end of school day 3 pm on Monday, January 20th. 

We will not be accepting physical notebooks.

There will be concessions for sale, cash only. We look forward to seeing you at our event!

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

  • 1:45 - 4:00 pm - Tournament play begins - Qualifying matches

  • 1:45 - 4:00 Skills Field open

  • 1:45 - 4:00 Judging

  • 4:00 p.m Finals, Teamwork Challenges (six alliances)

  • 4:30 p.m - Awards

  • Each team will be allowed 3 attempts for Driving Skills and 3 attempts for Autonomous Skills

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event the tournament must be canceled due to weather, a full refund minus $5/team (non-refundable site fee) will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

These will be handled on a case by case basis. Please be aware this may include no refunds. No shows will not receive a refund. 

*Payment due date is January 17th. All unpaid teams after this date will be moved to the waitlist.  

 

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions Only/ In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline on Monday, January 20th by 3 pm.
