General Info

The event will have all Remote Engineering Notebooks.  Teams must upload their engineering notebook link to their RobotEvent account one week prior to the event.  Late uploads and day of the event submissions will not be accepted.  The team inter views will be in-person on the day of the event.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

2:00pm - 2;15pm. Event Meeting

2:15pm - 4:30pm. Teamwork Challenge (6 matches per team) Skills

4:30pm - 5:00pm Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather is bad, please stay home.  We will rescheudle.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 non-tefundable RobotEvents fee.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: This will be handled on a case-by-cse basis, includig no refund given.

Payment is due January 30, 2025.  Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation one week prior to the event via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
