General Info

This is an official Rapid Relay State Qualifying Event.

Teams who have not passed inspection by 8:50 am will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match schedule.

Teams will be removed from the tournament if payment is not received one weeks prior to the tournament. Payments are not accepted at the door,

 Parkview is located off 16th Street in Bedford, IN near the center of town. There are many local restaurants and delivery options available for lunch. Concessions will be provided, but the menu will be sent closer to the event. The PIT area will be in the cafeteria and all matches will occur in the gym. Skills will be offered throughout the day between qualification matches and lunch.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

A refund will be issued if the event is canceled due to poor weather conditions (snow/ice). 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refunds will be provided.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be provided by the event partner.
