General Info

Bixby Robotics is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament to be held at Bixby Middle School in Bixby, OK. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

This event will be happening at the same school and the same time as our Girls & Gears event. However, it will be held inside of a different part of the school. Please make arrangements accordingly if you register teams for both events. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR THE GIRLS & GEARS EVENT.

If this event is canceled due to unexpected weather conditions, a rescheduled date will be posted.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

- A refund, minus the $5 processing fee, will be given

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

- No refund given.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
