General Info
Welcome to the 2025 Mississinewa VEX IQ State Qualifying ES Tournament in Gas City, Indiana!
We are excited to host your teams and we are looking forward to an excellent event at our outstanding facility here at Mississinewa High School.
This event will offer Robot Skills as well as Teamwork Challenge events, and does provide State qualifying spots!
Team Pits will be in the cafeteria, with competitive events in the Main Gym.
Concessions will be available throughout the day.
Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist. Team fees must be paid by January 25, 2025.
Please make sure all participant and coaches have filled out the online participants release form prior to arrival at the competition.
If your team needs any special accommodations, please contact Brodie Burbank, in advance, so that arrangements can be made to meet the needs of your team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather or other cancellations, please visit robotevents.com for updates. You may also call Brodie Burbank or Amanda Varner (check contact information page for details) the day of the event with any questions. We will attempt to hold our event if at all possible! Once match lists have been run, they cannot be re-generated and matches will run as scheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is January 25, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
