Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of impending bad weather, Rebel Robotics will work with the school administration to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. In the case of bad weather, the first choice will be to keep the event on the same day and alter the schedule. If that is not an option, due to the MD VIQRC States being on February 22, 2025, this event cannot be resceduled and refunds will be issued to all teams. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the event is cancelled, teams will be given a full refund. Teams that drop out will be given a 50% refund if notified within two weeks of the event. Refunds are less the $5.00 RECF processing fee.

Health and Safety Policies

Currently, Washington County Public Schools does not require students, staff, volunteers, or spectators to wear masks when indoors.  If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the tournament, in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy.
