Main fields:  There will be 3 main fields and 2 practice fields.  The qualification & finals matches AND all of the skills attempts will be run on those 3 main fields.  

Skills:  VEX IQ:  Robot Skills = Driver Skills + Programming Skills.  For this event: each team will be allowed to make a total of 6 skills attempts (3 Driver and 3 Programming skills).

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of any emergency or bad weather, we will post updates to Robot Events and email coaches. 

If your arrival will be delayed, please call or text (765) 277-0417 with your team number, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee)

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Payment should be received within three weeks of registration. Teams registered within a month of the event should pay upon registration. Teams who do not meet the payment deadlines will be moved to the waitlist. 

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions - submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  NOTEBOOK SUBMISSIONS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY 4PM ON 2/1/25.
