General Info
Welcome to the Pack Power Qualifier!
This will be a fun-filled event with good competition from around South Carolina and North Carolina! Doors will open for registration at 8am on Saturday. This is a qualifying event for the South Carolina VEX IQ Robotics State Championship.
This year's event will take place in the gym with the pits located in the cafeteria.
All teams should enter at the secondary entrance for the bus loop and park in the first parking lot. The doors to the gym will have a sign showing where to enter. Additional parking will be available in the main parking lot (front of the school) or the rear parking lot (secondary entrance, but at the rear of the school. Only registered teams and mentrors should be in the pit area during the event, while spectators should remain in the gym to watch the competition. Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor.
Teams should bring their own field and game setup to practice in the pits.
Concessions will be available for purchase during the event. Only cash will be accepted. Items being sold: muffins, honey buns, hot dogs w/chili, pizza (cheese & pepperoni), pickles, drinks (water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Gatorade), candy, & chips.There are also several fast food options within a 10 minute drive for lunch options.

Event will be held unless severe weather is predicted. Will be reassessed as event draws closer.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued minus 5 REC Foundation processing fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund
Judging Format

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
