You will notified of any cancellations on the event page under the Bad Weather Policy tab. Please make sure that we have the team coaches' cell phone number in the registration. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We are unable to process any refunds for this event unless the event is canceled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

We are unable to process any refunds for this event unless the event is canceled.

Payment Deadline is January 31st, 2025. 

If your team has not paid by this date your team runs the risk of being moved to the waitlist without notice.

 

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
