Greenwich Academy is excited to host a VEX IQ Challenge Connecticut State Championship qualifier!
Important Notes:
- Snacks will be available for purchase.
- Lunch will be offered for preorder
- Remember to bring your Engineering Notebooks.
- Doors will open at 7:30 am
- Please make sure all of your teams/participants have completed the Participation Legal Release form for all participants before arrival. This can be done at Robotevents.com.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather - the event partner will notify teams/coaches
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be available but the refund does not include the $5.00 that RECF charges. Total refund will be $45.00.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: NO REFUND is given
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging—The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event.
Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges and leave it on the registration table when they check in.
