Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of weather events that prevent teams from attending the event, if the weather prevents local teams from attending the event, the event will be cancelled and refunds will be issued, otherwise the event will proceed and any teams unable to attend will NOT be issued a refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
a refund will be issued. (Not including RECF's processing fee of $5)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
a refund will NOT be issued.
Judging Format

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
