General Info

Welcome to East End's VEXpert YellowJacket Games!  We are excited about hosting this event and can't wait to see all the robots from across Arkansas!

The tournament will be held at East End Middle School in the Gym/Cafeteria.  There will be a total of three fields available.  Two competition fields and one for SKILLS.  Bringing additional fields for practice is encouraged.  Fields will be raised approximately 22 inches off the ground for teamwork.  SKILLS fields will be ground level.

We are only accepting physical notebooks at the tournament.

We will have a concession with a limited selection of drinks and snacks.  Details will be provided at a further time.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of emergency or bad weather, the event will be postponed to a later date. Registration will transfer to a later event, refunds will occur only if the event is canceled. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued if the event is not rescheduled. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be issued if the team withdraws or does not attend.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
