General Info

Welcome to the VIQC Roller Coast RoboClash @ Cedar Point Sports Center.  This venue will also be holding a VRC competition at the same time.  

Every participant will receive a ticket to Cedar Point Amusement Park for the 2025 Season to be sent through registered coach after the competition. 

No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the facility.  There is a full cafe available for your food and drink needs.  Teams will be able to preorder lunch through the facility.  A link will be provided.  

More information will be added as we get closer to the event.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Any changes to the event will be sent through Robotevents contact information.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund will be given.  

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
