General Info

Bartow County Robotics and the Georgia Highlands College (Cartersville Campus) are excited to welcome you to the Rapid Relay Vex IQ RC season!

Volunteers are a necessary part of every event. Each team should provide an adult volunteer to become more familiar with the competition structures and environment, and a knowledge base of how to better support their individual team members. A sign-up link will be posted in September for selecting a specific volunteer role.

Orders will be accepted up to Monday, November 11, 2024. A form will be distributed to each registered organization. The on-site cafe will also be open with snacks, drinks, meals, etc. You are also welcome to make your own arrangements.

All team members and adults must have the RECF waiver completed. Instructions are available at this link. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/7119161700759-Participant-Release-Form

Payment is due two weeks after a team is registered or immediately if after November 1, 2024, unless other arrangements are made with the event partner. All teams not paid after two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back in, IF there is still room on the roster. If your registration process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

Team swapping policy will be strictly follwoed as outlined in this article. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/8337081839895-Team-Swapping-Policy-in-Event-Registrations#:~:text=The%20following%20policy%20was%20instituted,be%20swapped%20from%20that%20organization.
