GSA 4th Annual VEX IQ Tournament - Rapid Relay - FULL STEAM AHEAD will be held at Gateway Science Academy of St. Louis - Fyler Campus on December 14th, 2024

All teams MUST have their consent forms updated and uploaded to robotevents.com or bring it to the event.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer
No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.
However volenteers should have an interest and ethusiam for robotics.
Free snacks and drinks for all working volunteers will be proved.
In order to ensure full transparency and fairness in the judged awards, we are requesting that organizations attending the state championship share our volunteer info and recruit at least one volunteer per organization in judging.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If inclement weather occurs, we will promplty reschedule this event on 12/21/2024, which is the following week.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be refunded their full entry fee. If cancelled due to weather (-$5 for robotevents.com fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams will receive a full refund if they withdraw at least two weeks before the event. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after this period or for no-shows.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
