Welcome to YWLA's MS VEX IQ Tournament - Rapid Relay!
We are excited to have your team(s) join us and we are working on hard to ensure we provide the best experience to everyone!
Please ensure to review the following to ensure the event flows smoothly:
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebooks are due Monday, November 11, 2024, by 5:00 PM
- Doors open at 7:00 AM and tentatively plan to finish by 2:30 pm.
- Please feel free to bring your own practice fields, since we will use all YWLA field for qualifying and skill matches. All fields are to be set up in the designated spot to ensure all teams have an opportunity to practice.
- Make sure payments are submitted to REC Foundation by November 8, 2024, or make arrangements with the Event Partner to pay YWLA Robotics the day of the tournament with check, card, or cash. If not, teams will be removed from tournament.
More detailed information will be emailed 1 - 2 weeks prior to the tournament, please ensure to check your emails!

If there is bad weather, the event partner will make sure to let us know the date and time of the postponement of the event.
