Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Friday, November 29th:

1700-1900: Registration, Inspection

 

Saturday, November 30th:

900-1200: Qualification Matches, Interviews

1200-1300: Lunchtime

1300-1700: Qualification Matches, Skills, Interviews

 

Sunday, December 1st:

900-1000: Preparation for Finals

1000-1100: Final Matches

1100-1200: Awarding Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will do everything possible to hold the event as scheduled, even in the unlikely case of an extreme event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: full refund.

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
