General Info

We are excited to be hosting the Bots in the Brook #1 at Cherokee Bend Elementary School in Mountain Brook, AL. This event is planned with the purpose of providing a positive experience to students in order to grasp a better understanding of the game and collaborate with one another. Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • No refund will be given.

Judging Format

No judging
