General Info
IMPORTANT NOTE-
Digital Engineering Notebook links must be posted on robotevents.com by February 21 by 3:00 pm Pacific Time in order to be considered for judged awards. All notebooks will receive rubric scores before the event by event judges. Rubrics will also be reviewed the day of the event for teams being considered for awards the day of the event.
In-Person Interviews - The Team Interviews will be conducted in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook in case judges request it the day of the event.
Venue
The event will take place in the Gym. This building is located on the North side of the campus. I will email prior to the event with specific directions.
Parking
Please park on the West side of campus in the general parking lot. There is plenty of parking available in this lot. The main entrance and the entrance by the bike rack will be open for entry.
Concessions/Lunch
Concessions will be available on site. Food trucks will be available at lunch time.

Refund and Payment Policies
Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until January 10, 2025
50% refund on paid registration fees from January 11, 2025 - January 25th- 2025
No refunds after January 25, 2025
