Thank you for joining Tritt Elementary for this season of Rapid Relay. 

Concessions will not be sold, but teams can pre-order Papa Johns pizza. 

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

7:00am - Volunteers arrive

7:45am - Doors open to public and coaches/teams

8:00am to 8:30am - Event Check-In / Inspection 

8:30am to 9:30am - Skills Challenges open

9:30am - Opening Ceremonies: Drivers Meeting

9:45am to 11:45am - Teamwork Matches

11:45am to 12:30pm - Lunch Break

12:30pm to 1:30pm - Matches Continue

1:30pm to 2:00pm - Finals

2:00pm - 2:30pm Awards and Closing ceremonies

3:00pm - Venue closes

Volunteer

Volunteers will be provided by Hightower Trail Middle School and Pope High School. Please reach out to the Event Partners with questions. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be cancelled.

In any event, teams will be contacted as soon as possible with the information. The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be given in the event of a cancellation by the Event Partner, minus the $5 REC administrative fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be awarded.

We are a neighborhood school with a small parking lot - please carpool! Do not park along Post Oak Tritt Road or Country Lane.
