Judges Meeting: 8:45 am

Drivers Meeting: 9:00 am

Inspection end 9:30 am

Skills 9:30 am - 1:00pm

Matches start: 9:45 am

Final Matches: 3:15pm - 4:30 pm

Award Ceremony: 5:00 PM

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event will be help indoors.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration refunds will return minus $5.00.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Digital Engineering Notebooks should be submitted by 11:59 pm on December 11, 2024
