General Info

This tournament is INVITATION ONLY. BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER you must:

  • Once she has confirmed that you are a new program/coach-3 years or less, you will receive the link to register

Venue

The event will take place in the Gym. This building is located on the North side of the campus.  I will email prior to the event with specific directions.

Parking

Please park on the West side of campus in the general parking lot. There is plenty of parking available in this lot.  The main entrance and the entrance by the bike rack will be open for entry.

Concessions/Lunch

Concessions will be available on-site.

We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until October 1, 2024

50% refund on paid registration fees from October 12, 2023 - November 1, 2024

No refunds after November 1, 2024

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging -

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.

Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
