General Info
This event is an Invitational League for teams in the Ellensburg only.
Ellensburg VEX IQ League for is for local teams ONLY. Specifically teams in Kittitas County associated with the Ellensburg School District. Teams must be registered on RobotEvents.com and registered for the league prior to the first league event date.
League Dates:
- League Event #1 - Friday November 22nd
- League Event #2 - Friday December 13th
- League Event #3 - Friday January 24th
- League Finals - Friday February 21st
VEX IQ Qualifying League
The event must meet the VEX IQ Qualifying Criteria for the results to upload to RobotEvents, which can be viewed in the Uploaded Documents event tab. The state qualification spots are determined by the capacity of the State Championship, the number of events in the state, and the size of the event.

Agenda
TENTATIVE Schedule for Friday January 24th, 2025:
4:00PM - Team Arrival — ALL VEX IQ teams must be ready to play at 4:15PM. We will do inspection for size for all VEX IQ teams, so as soon as you arrive, proceed to the inspection area.
4:15PM - VEX IQ Drivers meeting general run of the day announcements for all
4:30PM - First VEX IQ Match - 4 matches per team AND Skills fields OPEN
6:00PM - Clean Up

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
