General Info
This is an INVITATION ONLY event. You will register your and chose "pay later". Either Melanie or I will move your team(s) over and Robot Events will notify you. One of us will also email you to let you know. Then you will be able to go into your account and pay. We are hosting this as an invitation only to hep those teams that may have trouble getting into a tournament because all open tournaments are full or teams that get a late in the year start and need a tournament.
Welcome to Little Rock School District Robotics Vex IQ Rapid Relay Season!
We are hosting this tournament as an invitation ONLY for those that cannot get into an event because others are full. It will be held at Henderson IRC (formally Henderson Middle School) gym. We plan on hosting with 4 event fields and 2 practice fields.
All events will feature skills challenges in the morning and qualification matches in the afternoon. Our goal is to be done by 4:30 pm each event day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of emergency or weather related concerns the event will be rescheduled.
Weather will be evaluated 24-48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
The event will be rescheduled. There are no refunds for event rescheduling.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you need to withdraw, you MAY be able to get your registration fee applied to another LRSD Event. Contact the event partner at [email protected] or [email protected] to discuss this possibility.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
