General Info

Welcome to the October Middle School VIQRC Rapid Relay.

This tournament is being held at Lanier Middle School in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

In order to facilitate as many teams as possible, we ask that all spectators wait until after lunch (12:30ish) to enter the cafeteria.  You will be able to livestream it in our Media Center. This will allow you to watch finals in person.  By helping us with this, we will be able to accommodate 36 teams. We will be live streaming the entire event so parents can watch their members compete. Thank you for helping us provide this opportunity to as many robotics students in our community as possible.

We are requesting that any team that would like to be considered for Judged Awards such as the Design or Excellence Awards, submit the Engineering Notebook one full week before the event. For our events this season, we are asking that teams turn in a digital copy of their engineering notebook. All interviews will be conducted live.

Do not forget to have the Innovate information at the front of the notebook behind the table of contents.

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

If you have any questions please contact Michele Langhans at [email protected].
