We are excited to welcome all teams to come and participate in our Rapid Relay blended tournament!

*We will have 2 competition fields and 2 skills fields. 

*All participants will receive a lunch. There will be a hospitality room for coaches and volunteers. 

* Concessions will be available for participants and spectators.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We are unable to offer refunds, but we will provide a voucher for registration to be used at any future tournament hosted by our school.  

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be given. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
