Mill Creek Robotics is excited to welcome teams to our first Williamson Battle of the Creek Kickoff!
Area food trucks and concessions will be available.
Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be added closer to the tournament date. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected] or [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.
Payments are due by 1/31/25. If your team does not pay by that deadline, you will lose your spot and teams will be added from the wait list.

Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. A sign-up will be linked here at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Volunteers will receive any training necessary. lunch, and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event must be cancelled due to bad weather or another emergency, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event. If bad weather requires the event to be delayed, but held on the same day, each coach will be notified via email and phone.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund will be given.
If your team is unable to attend, you can withdraw and request a refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event. After that we will be unable to give refunds.
