Welcome to Little Rock School District Robotics Vex IQ Rapid Relay Season!

We are hosting 4 separate events this year.  

Our events will be held at Henderson IRC (formally Henderson Middle School) gym.  We plan on hosting with 4 event fields and1 practice field.

All events will feature skills challenges in the morning and qualification matches in the afternoon. Our goal is to be done by 4:30 pm each event day.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

Emergency/Bad Weather Tab:

In the event of emergency or weather related concerns the event will be rescheduled.

 

Weather will be evaluated 24-48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  The event will be rescheduled.  There are no refunds for event rescheduling.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation.  If you need to withdraw, you MAY be able to get your registration fee applied to another LRSD Event.  Contact the event partner at [email protected] or [email protected] to discuss this possibility.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
