General Info

Welcome to the Sage Park Middle School VEX IQ Rapid Relay Tournament.   This event is a qualifier for the VEX IQ Challenge Connecticut State Championship!

We look forward to having you join our event and a great day of robotics!

A few items to consider:

  • Lunch and snacks wil lbe available for purchase.
  • Remember to bring your Engineering Notebooks!
  • Registration will be at 7:30am. . (Doors open at 7:15am)  Teams running late must contact the event partner Megan Rickis
  • Please make sure all of your teams/participants have completed the Participation Legal Release form for all participants prior to arrival. This can be done at Robotevents.com.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Refund and Payment Policies

  • If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be available but the refund does not include the $5.00 that RECF charges. Total refund will be $45.00. 
  • If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: NO REFUND is given

 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
