General Info
PRE Quest is proud to host this years VIQRC Rapid Relay. This competition is open to all registered VIQRC teams. The competition will be held November 16, 2024 at Bayou View Middle School in the gym.
Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by November 8, 2024 to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 3 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.
Snacks will be available and we plan on having a concession stand with hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. More specifics will be available closer to the event.
Please complete all team member release forms at REC Foundation as soon as possible. Once completed, you are good for the rest of the year. Information on Participant Release form and link -- https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/
JUDGING: Notebooks must be submitted digitally by 3pm on November 11, 2024. Interview will be conducted virtually, teams will recieve a scheduled time. All teams will be interviewed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, all teams will be notified Friday, November 15th of any changes in times or possible cancelation.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Digital Notebooks are due Monday November 11, 2024 by 5:00pm
Interviews will be conducted Saturday November 16, 2024 8:00am - 11:00am.
