General Info

This event is an Invitational event and will be located at our elementary school.  264 W 200 N, Wabash, IN 46992.  It will be pretty relaxed giving students time to learn from each other.

Concessions will be offered.  Hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, popcorn, drinks

Audience is permitted we will have the bleachers pulled for families wanting to attend. 

Please submit consent forms in advance to Robot Events.

These events will be from 4:30 until 7:30 and will include skills.  

Skills will be offered during each event.   We will offer many judged awards  on February 16th

2 state spots will be offfered for Teamwork Champion.  There will not be any state spots for judged awards.

We understand that robots may be in a basic stage and driving practice may be limited at the first competition. That is to be expected.  This is a time for students to learn from each other's robot designs and driving skills.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we will reschedule the event for the following week.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the ALL Leagues sessions: Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
if it is cancelled prior to 3 weeks before the FIRST league session. ( However, no one refunds will be considered when we reach 3 weeks prior to the event. All refund requests must be submitted prior to three weeks before the event occurs. (less a $5 processing fee) 

There are NO REFUNDS for individually missed sessions. (example you come to 3 out of the 4 league sessions there is no refund for the one missed league session) 

Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.


Payment Deadline is November 8th, 2024. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

 

 

Judging Format

In-Person Judging (DURING FINALS 3/7) - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
