关于举办2024-2025赛季VEX机器人亚洲公开赛佛山全国邀请赛的通知
各有关赛队：
为推动机器人技术的发展与创新，激发广大青少年对科技的热情，同时向他们深入普及与机器人相关的科技知识和操作技巧，进而提升青少年的动手能力、逻辑思维、团队协作水平和应对挑战的能力。由爱因斯坦联盟主办的“2024-2025赛季VEX机器人亚洲公开赛全国邀请赛”，将于2024年10月4日— 6日，在广东省佛山市石实实验学校举办。此次VEX机器人竞赛：设置多个竞赛项目，包括VGORC，VIQRC，V5RC，人员覆盖小学，初中，高中，欢迎大家积极报名参与！现将有关事项通知如下：
一、组织架构

三、活动项目和组别
幼 小 混 组 VGORC：城市建设
小学/初中组 VIQRC： 风驰电掣(RAPID RELAY)
初中/高中组 V5RC： 尖峰时刻(HIGH STAKES)
高中/大学组 VAIRC： 尖峰时刻(HIGH STAKES)
四、奖项设置
在本届比赛中设有专项评审奖以及冠、亚、季军以及一二三等奖其中V5RC与VIQRC的获奖赛队以及一等奖赛队可以优先报名VEX亚洲公开赛签名赛（无锡）和亚洲锦标赛签名赛（海花岛）。

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
包头八月平均温度是15℃-27℃
白天平均27℃，建议穿棉麻面料的衬衫、薄长裙、薄T恤等清凉透气的衣服
夜间平均15℃，建议穿套装、夹衣、风衣、休闲装、夹克衫、西装、薄毛衣等保暖衣服
包头八月为旱季，降水较少，建议多补充水分

如果因不可抗因素或者报名队伍太少而取消活动，参赛费将退还。
Judging Format
现场评审，参赛队伍需要在比赛报道注册时，提交工程笔记。
